RUF Guitars Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days after the purchase, however we always look for the solutions that are satisfying for both parties. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. What’s worth mentioning – we cannot accept returns when the guitar was customized to the individual needs of the customer.
